As EB has grown from clumsy toddler into daring preschooler, I have become more and more convinced each day that he is part monkey. Case in point:
My parents have a flag pole in their front yard:
EB very seriously contemplates whether or not he can climb it:
Yep, I think he’s going for it:
Mmm hmm…there he goes:
It’s harder than it looks:
He finally gives up, goes to find his shoes for better grip and enlists the help of his Paw-Paw.
From the time he started walking, which he did for all of two days and then started RUNNING from there on, I could tell there would be much coronary activity in my future. And this is just one example. *sigh*

Those are great pics! LOVE the grandpa to the rescue part!

GREAT IMAGES! I think you will probably be taking lots more of these pics in the future! Enjoy!
Great photos of EB
It looks like you had quite the adventurous little guy. Good luck!
looks like you better keep up mom! oh how i love my monkey boy…they make life fun and interesting. enjoy!
lets just hope that one day you don’t walk out to find him over halfway up, on his own…
Fun! And if he was born after February 16 in 2004, then he IS a monkey!
Aww to be a kid again and see every flagpole as something just begging to be climbed…
*Awe* He is precious and the pictures made me feel kind of homesick.
No fair spraying Pam vegetable oil on the pole.
